Where to begin? Liz was amazing from the very first email sent to sending me on my way down the aisle. The wedding trial was so helpful and put me at ease ahead of the Wedding Day and even tried out a few hairstyles so I was confident on what I actually wanted. The morning of the wedding was so relaxed and Liz and Alix put us all at ease. We even finished ahead of schedule! I loved Liz’s attention to detail and we were all so pleased with our final looks. I cannot recommend Liz enough - if you’re even considering hiring Liz, just do it - it will be the best decision you can make for a perfect start to your Wedding Day!

I booked Liz fairly last minute after my other MUA had to cancel for health reasons and I’m SO glad I found her!! Liz was meticulous during the trial, taking the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. She really listened and the process felt collaborative. Everything went smoothly on the day, we had such a relaxed lovely morning getting ready and my bridesmaids/mum were delighted with their make up - even saying to me they would book Liz in the future for any events they needed make up for! As a bride who can be a little bit fussy about how my make up looks… Liz completely put me at ease and I felt like an absolute queen all day. My make up was glam yet natural, just elevated and gorgeous. Liz is a true artist!! I’ve never had so many complements and it didn’t budge right through the reception and party. I would highly recommend Liz for wedding make-up! As someone who doesn't wear make-up very often, this was one element of the wedding I was incredibly nervous about. Liz put me right at ease! Her communication was fantastic from the point of enquiry right up until the day. We organised an at-home trial a few months prior to the wedding where we spent a couple of hours taking time to figure out what worked and what I felt comfortable in. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable about products and what might work well. She was patient and gave great advice, and made me feel much more confident about what I would like on the day. I would highly recommend a trial! One the day itself Liz was calm and professional and did a fantastic job (alongside assistant Alix)! I loved how confident I felt in my make-up which stayed on all day, as did the bridesmaids who all looked stunning! I couldn't recommend Liz enough. She will be a kind, calm presence on your wedding morning and be sure to having you looking fantastic! My partner also said the below: Liz was fantastic, I was working from home when my wife had her make-up trial and they were giggling the whole time. My wife never usually wears make-up so it was important that she still didn't feel caked in the stuff, Liz did an amazing job of being subtle and managed to emphasise her natural beauty - words can't describe how amazing she looked. Liz was also flexible with the trial so we could time it on the same day as our pre-wedding shoot with our photographer, which was appreciated as my wife got to practice wearing make-up all day whilst also getting amazing photos from the shoot. Liz absolutely nailed her make-up again on the day, so thank you Liz for looking after my wife and making her feel and look amazing on our wedding day.

As someone who wears minimal makeup day-to-day, I was keen to work on achieving a really natural, fresh faced look. After the trial Liz went above and beyond giving me advice on how to prep my skin in the run up to the wedding to ensure it was in the best condition for my wedding day. On my wedding day, Liz and her colleague had 9 bridal party members to complete and it was orchestrated to a tee, no stress, lots of listening and all my bridal party were really pleased with the final result. I highly recommend her!

I had to pleasure of being introduced to Liz through my videographer Russell! I spotted her gorgeous work on one of his stories and I reached out straight away (it was last min so I had no idea if she would be available) I had an engagement shoot approaching and my wedding the following year! Liz was so easy to be around, easy going and so kind! I felt totally relaxed around her from the get go. Liz really took time to listen to my thoughts and ideas! Liz gave me the most perfect beach waves that went so perfect for the shoot! For my make up Liz asked how do I usually like to do my own make up personally which wasn’t something I had really thought about and she was so right in suggesting this! We worked together which I loved feeling so included in the process showing her photos of how I do my make up usually, we went for a soft smoke and liner with wing tip to define my eyes and focused on flawless glowy skin while still showing my freckles! Liz made my skin look like a super model! It was my style and ME but enhanced! Liz also helped and assisted on the shoot and I felt like I was hanging out with a group of friends it was great! Liz was a true hype girl! I spoke to my photographer before receiving my photos and she was also full of compliments for Liz saying how well my skin and make up photographed on camera. I knew I had to have Liz for my wedding day! I was so grateful that she was available as Liz was not local to me but wanted to make it work. I had plans for a second look later on in the wedding day and Liz went above and beyond to make this work. My wedding makeup trial experience was great! I made a Pinterest board of famous Hollywood bombshells as I really wanted to go for that beautiful and timeless 90s look with defined lips and a subtle wing and of course amazing skin! I wanted an enhanced version of myself with Hollywoodesque waves for hair. Liz really took her time to discuss and play with ideas as I liked the idea of having 2 looks on the wedding day so we went with hair down for the ceremony and up in the evening! The make up really complimented my dress so beautifully too. Liz would ask me if there was anything I wanted to change and gave a safe space for me to feel comfortable in telling her what I liked and if I didn't like anything was happy to change. It was a really enjoyable process. Liz also turned up with a Birthday card and macarons (my fave) which I thought was so kind and shows her amazing attention to details and her kind nature. I couldn’t wait to go out for dinner with my then fiancé after! The wedding day! I had ZERO sleep before and Liz made me feel so relaxed especially in a room with excited bridemaids and lots going on, It was so reassuring knowing I could just relax and not have to worry. Liz had a long journey & early start and because we discussed having my bridesmaids hair and make up done Liz brought in a second Alix who together were both so professional and fun. My mums make up! Omg she looked so beautiful and my bridesmaids looked so flawless a VISION! All their worries and concerns were put at ease they all said they were so happy with the hair and make up you could see their confidence just rise. Liz is a perfectionist in the best way! She really wanted to make sure I was all set and ready for the ceremony! I also loved my lipstick called “supermodel” by charlotte tilbury! It was the best just kissed rosey shade that defined my lips without that super strong red look. I had one with me to touch up after the ceremony and I couldn’t wait to see Liz later that day! It was so nice to take some time out and chat with her as a wedding can be super over stimulating and being on the spectrum also it can be allot! Liz was the calm I needed and I felt like a princess! The second look I wanted a Pamela Anderson style bun with undone front pieces and I loved how it came out! I had the best experience with Liz she is a true professional and Artist and I feel very blessed to have met her and have her be apart of my wedding experience. Forever grateful, Francesca <3xxxxx
